PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Creation of a reading of musical identity based on the uniqueness of the intangible heritage of three European locations distinct in their cultural roots, but with similar demographic and/or economic

Methodology:
- First months – establish dynamic online meetings between the conductors (mainly) and the directors, where the focus is on the collection and dialogue of the realities of each philharmonic and its meaning in the national culture, as well as the selection of three songs by each conductor (1. Identification of the country; 2. Identification of the region; 3. Identification of the place – cultural heritage)
- Conductors are challenged to compose one (or more) joint song(s) in the following months

- Each partner would receive seven elements from the partner philharmonics (conductor + director element + 5 musicians) for about 5 to 7 days to develop a round table of conversation and analysis of realities, opportunities, obstacles, achievements, etc., cultural visits and rehearsals at their headquarters (with guests or not)

- The last months – are for rehearsing and performing a joint presentation rotation of all the works/compositions studied
- There are three shows (minimum), one for each country, and each location can add a surprise that enhances it
- There will also be a joint document of the experience and result of debates

Aims to share the knowledge of music to all generations, focusing on a territory of low and aging demographic density
Activities: music school, concerts, musical street, processional marches, other music related activities
