We aim to support the development of cultural and educational institutions, with a particular focus on enhancing staff qualifications. Our organization runs several projects tailored to different types of cultural organizations:

1. Trainings for librarians from public and school libraries, publishers, and booksellers – helping to increase readership rates among various groups and transform libraries into "third places." This initiative is part of our Good Books project (www.goodbooks.pl).
2. Using various games and gamification techniques in cultural organizations such as libraries, museums, and cultural centers to build audience development. This is part of our Good Games project (www.goodgames.pl).
3. Men's reading – empowering boys and men of all ages to read and visit their local libraries. This initiative is known as Męskie Czytanie (www.meskieczytanie.pl).
4. Heritage institutions – supporting new approaches and innovative ways to protect, promote, and disseminate local cultural heritage. This is part of our Dziedzictwo project (www.dziedzictwo.goodculture.pl).
