With an Open Heart Through Art is a transnational cultural cooperation project aimed at promoting inclusion through contemporary art. The project revolves around an inclusive festival that unites artists with physical and mental disabilities, minority representatives, and professional European artists. Through art, we aim to build bridges between people of different backgrounds and abilities, advocating for equal participation in cultural life. 

The festival will feature: 

- Inclusive art exhibitions, theatrical productions
