Spectrum is about Light Art. Why? Light Art is barrier-less from the viewpoint of social situation or education.

Spectrum is about Interaction. How? The numerous possibilities of interactions are very exciting and the Spectrum members are interested in exploring them.

Spectrum is in public space. Why? Because it’s the best way to reach all the participants regardless of any socio-cultural background.

Spectrum is expanding. How and Why? The acquired knowledge on the topic by the members pushed them to expand their experience to further benefit more participants and the artistic exchange is getting to a new dimension.

The project aims at creating events in which professionals and students, participating city residents and visiting tourists can experience new and inspiring ways for working with light. Many different lighting disciplines will be taken under research – lighting for open space, squares, buildings, sculptures, facades, as well as theatrical lighting, light art and other forms.
