Uprzejmie informujemy, że Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane zgodnie z europejskim rozporządzeniem o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (RODO):

1) Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Instytut Adama Mickiewicza z siedzibą w Warszawie (00-560), przy ul. Mokotowskiej 25.
2) W sprawach związanych z ochroną danych osobowych można kontaktować się z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych Osobowych za pośrednictwem adresu e-mail: [email protected] lub pisemnie na adres Instytutu Adama Mickiewicza.
3) Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu:
a) rejestracji i zapewnieniu uczestnictwa w spotkaniu informacyjnym organizowanym przez Biuro Programu Kreatywna Europa (Creative Europe Desk Polska) oraz w celach statystycznych i sprawozdawczości wobec organów nadzorujących działalność CED Polska, na podstawie art. 6 ust 1 lit. e. RODO;
b) dołączenia do bazy subskrybentów newslettera programu Kreatywna Europa prowadzonej przez Biuro Programu Kreatywna Europa (Creative Europe Desk Polska), na podstawie art. 6 ust 1 lit. a RODO (tj. Pani/Pana zgody) i zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 12 lipca 2024 r. Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej;
4) Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres trwania i rozliczenia projektu Creative Europe Desk Polska oraz w obowiązkowym okresie przechowywania dokumentacji przez IAM, ustalonym zgodnie z odrębnymi przepisami, a w przypadku przetwarzania danych na podstawie Pani/Pana zgody - do czasu wycofania zgody na ich przetwarzanie.
5) odbiorcami Pani/Pana danych osobowych będą podmioty świadczące usługę obsługi systemów i oprogramowania informatycznego IAM, zewnętrzne podmioty świadczące usługi na rzecz IAM, oraz podmioty uprawnione do uzyskania danych osobowych na podstawie przepisów prawa (w tym organy administracji publicznej);
6) posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, a w przypadku przetwarzania danych na podstawie Pani/Pana zgody - prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
7) Ma Pan/Pani prawo wniesienia skargi do Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, gdy uzna Pani/Pan, iż przetwarzanie danych osobowych Pani/Pana dotyczących narusza przepisy RODO.

We kindly inform you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR):

1) The controller of your personal data is the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, with its registered office in Warsaw (00-560), at 25 Mokotowska Street.
2) For matters related to the protection of personal data, you may contact the Data Protection Officer via e-mail at: [email protected]
or in writing to the address of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute.
3) Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) to register and ensure your participation in the meeting organized by the Creative Europe Desk Poland and for statistical and reporting purposes to the supervisory bodies of CED Poland, on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) GDPR;
b) to add you to the subscriber database of the Creative Europe Programme newsletter maintained by the Creative Europe Desk Poland, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (i.e. your consent) and in accordance with the Act of 12 July 2024 on Electronic Communications Law;
4) Your personal data will be stored for the duration and settlement of the Creative Europe Desk Poland project and for the mandatory retention period of documentation by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, established in accordance with separate regulations, and in the case of data processed on the basis of your consent – until you withdraw your consent to its processing.
5) The recipients of your personal data will be entities providing IT systems and software services to the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, external entities providing services to the Institute, as well as entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of law (including public administration bodies).
6) You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and in the case of data processed on the basis of your consent – the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
