We aim to develop an inter-institutional residencies program specifically focused on the Global South, including regions such as the French DOM-TOM, Africa, South America, and the Caribbean. This program would offer artists from these regions the chance to work on projects that address shared challenges—such as social, cultural, and environmental issues—that are common across these nations. By fostering collaboration on both international productions and local creations, artists would have the opportunity to enrich their work through cross-cultural exchange.

This initiative not only seeks to break the geographical isolation of these regions but also aims to integrate them into a broader European network, encouraging the development of new works while fostering long-term partnerships and collaborative opportunities. Through this program, we hope to strengthen cultural ties, support creative growth, and facilitate meaningful international dialogue.
