The Sorigué Foundation will have a management
structure made up of a coordinator and a project manager, as well as
administrative and accounting support for the management of internal
and external resources. It will be a centre of operations, with facilities
suitable to host the working group assigned to the project
It will also host a meeting in one of its venues during the final phase of
the project, as well as a public presentation

The project is a prototype that aims to continue over time, we are open
to anyone who wants to collaborate in the process of this first pilot. We
aim to build a pilot training experience on a European scale that uses
the artistic process as a method of learning and sets up a system of
collaboration among universities, art centres and cultural events in
Europe to explores cities and the profound impact that digital
communication technologies exert on the reality and social relations
through art, cinema and architecture.
The project aims to set up a creative laboratory with an educational
purpose in which the production of a piece of art allows the participants
to intensely experience the city with new eyes in which the image
becomes an element of experiential involvement in such a way that the
experience becomes transformative. The project invites us to look at the
city through film and the new media provided by digital technologies
embodied in mobile phone technology.
The production is developed through lessons, lectures, walkshops
(walks through the city) plus the preparation and realization of the film in
each of the cities. The recorded material is then edited by the artist into
a singular piece of audiovisual art that places together on one big
screen, a series of smaller screens each occupied by a city. The
presence of one city next to another allows to compare distances and
peripheries through its houses and bars, parks and streets, etc. The
working process seeks the narrative potential of the city in which people
and their activities are as important as the architecture.
Partners currently involved in the project:
Universitá Politécnico de Milano, Italia
Urban Planning in the Department on Architecture, Built Environment
and Construction Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain
The Center for Technological Innovation for Human Development is an
interdisciplinary center of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Preferred field of expertise Film and New Media, Arts, Digital
Preferably we would like a school, institute or university of art,
film and new media. As an example we have the Baltic Film,
Media and Art School, at Tallinn University.
- other types of art centers or institutes, but
must be able to provide students who will participate in a
filming process in the cities
